The Individual Quick Freezing Food Grade SUS304 Stainless Steel Customized CE IQF Freezing Tunnels, offered by Wuhan Jiate Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd, is the perfect solution for freezing food directly. With its modular design, you can easily expand your production by adding additional tunnels, creating a longer freezing production line.

Available in several models and belt widths, this tunnel freezer has production rates ranging from 300 to 2,500 kg/h, ensuring efficient and high-volume freezing.

Utilizing liquid nitrogen (LIN) as a refrigerant, this freezer achieves ultra-low temperatures of minus 196 degrees Celsius (-196°C). When in contact with food, the LIN rapidly gasifies, effectively removing heat and enabling quick freezing. This rapid freezing process generates the smallest ice crystals, preserving the food's texture and preventing water loss. As a result, the original color, flavor, and quality of the food are maintained.

The vaporized refrigerant nitrogen is uniformly directed to the front end of the refrigerating machine, completing the exchange of hot inverse. This improves the utilization of the nitrogen, enhancing the overall efficiency of the freezing process.
